At Fierce Form (Pty) Ltd, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you’re not satisfied with your order, we offer a comprehensive refund and return policy to make the process as smooth as possible.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• We cannot accept items that have smells, signs of wear and tear, or are underwear or socks (for hygiene reasons).

Non-Returnable Items:

• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items
• Items damaged through normal wear and tear

How to Return Your Goods:

1. Email Us:
   Email us at returns@fierceform.co.za with your return inquiry. Please include clear images of the item you wish to return.

2. Complete the Returns Form:
   After your inquiry, we will send you a returns form. Please fill it out and send it back to returns@fierceform.co.za.

3. Return Shipping Costs:
   Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Return Method:

• Use your local postal service with standard shipping.
• Important: Get proof of postage and keep it safe until we confirm we’ve received your package.

Return Responsibility:

• Your return package is your responsibility until we receive it and confirm its arrival.

Refund Policy

Processing Your Refund:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Partial Refunds:

• Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

Exchanging Items:

• If you want a different size, please mark the new size on the returns form.
• The same conditions for returns apply to exchanges.

Faulty Items:

• Contact our customer service at returns@fierceform.com.
• Describe the issue and include photos where necessary.
• In some cases, we may allow you to keep the faulty items without requiring their return.
• Important: Faulty item claims must be made within 14 days of receipt. Claims made after this period may be considered normal wear and tear.

Processing and Exchanges:

• Once we receive and process your return, we’ll inform you of the next steps.
• Exchanges will be sent via standard service (not express) and can only be for the original value of your purchased items.
• Shipping costs for your original order are non-refundable.

Sale Items and Gift Cards:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased on sale or clearance.
• Gift cards may not be exchanged or refunded.

Return Processing Time:

• Returns typically take 2-4 business days to process.

Stock Availability:

• We will try to replace your item with a similar one, but if that item is out of stock, we may offer a refund or store credit.

Delivery times usually take 3-7 business days, depending on your area. We aim to ensure prompt delivery, but please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or courier issues.

Shipping Costs:

• Free Shipping: All orders over R1000 qualify for free shipping.
• Flat Rate Shipping: A flat rate of R120 applies to all orders under R1000.
• Free Pickup: You can choose to pick up your order for free at our location.

Courier Service:
We use a trusted courier company to deliver your orders throughout South Africa. Rest assured, your package will be handled with care and delivered to your doorstep.
